Photograph of the student (Passport size 35mm x 45 MM ) Municipal birth certificate (preferably in English) Address Proof ( Ration Card, Passport, Aadhar card, rental agreement). Please mark your residence address correctly on the map by shifting the pointer Latest mark sheet (only for Classes 1 and above) You will receive a form no for each completed application and the respective schools will get in touch with you via SMS/Email when they process applications In case you have an issue with photo cropping, please clear the cache or use a different browser
